Hi, I’m Trish! I’m a human-centred designer on a mission to empower small businesses with a positive mission.
Through the Digital Review service, I’ll help you refine your online presence so it resonates with consumers who want to make a positive impact. I’ll provide you with valuable insights and actionable steps, which may include things like updating your website/social media messaging so consumers have a better understanding of what you do and why they should choose you, or restructuring your website content so it’s easier for consumers to find what they need.
I’m currently offering service to businesses who qualify for the Australian Government’s Australian Small Business Advisory Services (ASBAS) program. To be eligible, you must:
- Be new to the ASBAS program
- Have an ABN associated with an address in ACT or NSW
- Have fewer than 20 full-time (or equivalent) employees or operate as a sole trader

How does it work?
- Contact me via the form below so I can confirm your eligibility.
- Book a 30min call so we can chat about your business and the digital channels you use to connect with consumers (e.g. social media profiles, websites, online stores/marketplaces, business directories).
- I will review your digital channels and gather observations and recommendations
- Book a 45min call so we can chat about my observations and recommendations.
- Book a 45min call we can establish actionable steps for refining your online presence. This might include things like making website UX improvements or tweaking your social media messaging.
- Book 30min check ins as you action your next steps.
